## Instructions
|

Activate the capturing-learning skill to guide the retrospective:

The skill provides:

- **Step 1**: Review the work (git diff, changes made)

**Key Principle:** Exhaustion after completion is when capture matters most. The harder the work, the more valuable the lessons.
