+**Phase 2: Context7 Documentation (MANDATORY)**
+- **REQUIRED**: Use `resolve-library-id` with library name (e.g., "react") to get Context7 library ID
+- **REQUIRED**: Use `get-library-docs` with the library ID and optional `topic` parameter for focused results
