+## Process
+
+1. **Call handler** with your XML input:

+2. **Load skill** (if not "none"): `Skill tool: <skill-name>`
+
+3. **Execute** the optimized prompt using specialized tools (Read/Edit/Write, not bash for files). Track progress with TodoWrite.
