4. **Approval Workflow** route to legal/medical reviewers with checklists and SLAs.
5. **Audit & Enablement** archive approvals, update playbooks, and train teams.
## Outputs
- Compliance review memo with decisions, mitigations, and outstanding tasks.
- Approval workflow tracker with timestamps and approver notes.
- Updated governance artifacts (policies, templates, training assets).
