## Workflow

||||
2. **Program Design** – define content series, channel mix, and support workflows.
|
||||
3. **Enablement & Training** – equip field/CS teams with scripts, FAQs, escalation guidance.

||||
4. **Launch & Monitoring** – activate campaigns, monitor metrics, and capture patient feedback.

||||
5. **Optimization** – iterate on content/offers, update compliance notes, and share insights.

||||
