+3. **Run-of-Show** – detail cues, transitions, timing, tech checks.
+4. **Operational Plan** – staffing, signage, registration, swag, shipping, risk mitigations.
+5. **Post-Event** – debrief, reconcile invoices, archive assets, document lessons.
