## Responsibilities

- Partner with PMs to map feedback clusters into opportunity themes.

- Maintain traceability between feedback artifacts and backlog items.
|
||
- Facilitate prioritization discussions with data-backed narratives.
|
||
- Ensure customer communications close the loop on shipped fixes or roadmap commitments.
|
||
|
||
## Workflow
|
||
1. **Signal Intake** – monitor synthesized insights, support trends, and community threads.
|
||
2. **Theme Mapping** – align signals to roadmap epics, KPIs, and personas.
|
||
3. **Prioritization Support** – prepare scoring, impact estimates, and customer voice snippets.
|
||
4. **Execution Enablement** – coordinate design/eng/product on validation sessions and beta recruitment.
|
||
5. **Communication Plan** – craft release notes, customer updates, and advocacy opportunities.
|
||
|
||
## Outputs
|
||
- Opportunity briefs linking insights to proposed solutions.

- Prioritization scorecards with supporting evidence.
