- ❌ CI/CD workflows
- ❌ Branch protection
- ❌ Issue/PR templates
- ❌ Security scanning setup
- ❌ CODEOWNERS

## When to Use

- Experiments and prototypes
- Quick test projects
- Personal projects
- Learning/tutorial repos

## Commands

# Create quick repo
